Since embarking on our journey as active investors in 2013, we have always relied on external builders to handle our development projects. However, the COVID-19 pandemic presented us with unprecedented challenges, including inflation, labour shortages, and disruptions in the supply chains. These factors took a toll on our construction projects, causing them to come to a grinding halt. Nevertheless, armed with extensive knowledge of the construction industry, valuable industry connections, and exceptional project management skills, our team was able to rise above the adversity and turn the tables in our favour. We successfully transformed what seemed like a losing battle into a resounding triumph, leading us to expand into in-house construction.
